Terms of Reference

  • The Committee focuses on non-academic issues, to ensure that student feedback has to be considered to facilitate continuous improvement of the programmes and the College;
  • To formulate and keep under review policies for promoting co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for the development of the students in keeping with the mission and values of the College;
  • To develop and keep under review policies and regulations pertaining to student organizations, student activities and services, student amenities and hall life;
  • To set up ad hoc or sub-committees as and when such are required, for specific tasks related to student welfare, such as scholarship and canteen services; and
  • To submit an annual report of activities for the period from September of the year to August of the following year to the Academic Board for consideration at its September meeting each year.
