Course Duration: 2 hours included theory and practical session

Course Content:

  • Basics of Physical Fitness, Health and Mental wellness
  • Basics of Sports Science
  • Cardio endurance training principles
  • Muscular conditioning and flexibility training principles
  • Safety Guide in training and College fitness center equipment

B座康樂活動中心健身室設施簡介課程 (第六期開始接受報名,完成後只可使用B座康樂活動中心的健身室及獲得2小時之PA/ECA時數,名額每班20人。

 

每人限報一次,報名後未能出席者,必須於上課日48小時前以電郵通知(funho@hsmc.edu.hk),否則該參加者三個月內不能再報健身簡介課程

Registration for the Block B Sports and Amenities Centre Fitness Introductory course (Phase 6) has begun. Upon completion of the course, participants will be qualified to use the Fitness Center in Block B ONLY and gain PA/ECA 2 hours. Each class can entertain 20 participants.

 

Each valid user can only register for once. Please send an email to Fun Ho (funho@hsmc.edu.hk) if you cannot attend the class. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before a class is considered as ‘Absent’ and you can’t register the course in the coming 3 months.
