FITNESS INTRODUCTORY COURSES INFORMATION

Course Duration: 2 hours included theory and practical session

Course Content:

  • Basics of Physical Fitness, Health and Mental wellness
  • Basics of Sports Science
  • Cardio endurance training principles
  • Muscular conditioning and flexibility training principles
  • Safety Guide in training and College fitness center equipment

Upon completion of the course, participants will be qualified to use the Fitness Center in Block B ONLY and gain PA/ECA 2 hours. Each class can entertain 20 participants.
