  • Cardio endurance training principles
  • Muscular conditioning and flexibility training principles
  • Safety Guide in training and College fitness center equipment

Registration for the Block B Sports and Amenities Centre Fitness Introductory course (Second phase) has begun. Upon completion of the course, participants will be qualified to use the Fitness Center in Block B ONLY and gain PA/ECA 2 hours. Each class can entertain 20 students.
